Detached single storey villa located only 200 metres from the beach in a quiet residential suburb of La Tranche sur Mer 4km from the town centre. The villa has its own enclosed shady garden with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and garage.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The French agency will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 60 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
