The cottages share an enclosed lawned garden of 1000 sq metres and each has a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The popular seaside resorts of La Baule and St Nazaire are only 8km away. All local amenities are within easy walking distance and the cottages are ideal for two families wishing to share their holiday.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per gîte is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30p) per adult per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
