THREE BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED CHARACTER COTTAGE

Comfortable semi-detached character farm cottage located next to the owners' home on their dairy farm in Azay Sur Cher in the Cher Valley and just 16km south of Tours, 16km from Amboise and 75km from Chinon. The cottage has its own garden with garden furniture and BBQ and shares an extensive courtyard with the owners.

Bed linen in included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
