DETACHED CHARACTER COTTAGE NEAR BORREZE

Detached stone built 12th century character cottage located next to unoccupied outbuildings in the tiny rural hamlet of Pech Mezel just 6km from the attractive village of Borreze, 14km from the River Dordogne, 14km from Souillac and 29km from Sarlat. The cottage overlooks a walnut grove and has its own garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.60 Euros per adult per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
