Detached single storey modern villa located in a quiet residential area 2km outside the small village of Pénestin situated between La Baule and La Roche Bernard only 2km from the La Mine D'Or beach and just a short distance from the mouth of the River Vilaine. The villa has its own enclosed garden and sun terrace with garden furniture.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Gas and electricity charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per adult per day.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
