Superb detached character cottage surrounded by parkland with a 2000 sq metre private lake and rowing boat located just outside the small village of St Denis de Gastines in the picturesque Pays de l'Ernée on the Mayenne/Normandy/Brittany border and within easy driving distance of the main ports. The cottage has its own lawned garden with garden furniture, BBQ, sandpit, swings, boules court and table tennis and is ideally located for visiting the Loire Valley, Normandy and Brittany and is within an hour's drive of the beautiful Mont St Michel.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
