Attractive 18th century semi-detached character cottage with beamed ceilings and antique furniture (the adjoining barn is unoccupied) located in the heart of the countryside only 4km from the popular seaside resort of Etretat and the coast in the Pays de Caux Littoral in Seine-Maritime. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and is surrounded by well kept parkland filled with flowers and trees.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating is charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
