Cosy little two-storey country cottage full of character and charm located in the tiny rural hamlet of Planay right on the edge of a forest in the Chatillonnais region of Cote d'Or just 17km from Montbard. The cottage has a pretty little enclosed terrace and veranda and all linen and towels are included in the rental.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Bed linen, towels and firewood are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
