Picturesque character water mill divided into three completely independent gîtes located in peaceful surroundings 1.5km from the small village of Plélo, 16km from the beach and the pretty port of Binic, 19km from Guingamp and 19km from St Brieuc. The property is surrounded by three hectares of wooded parkland which the River Leff flows through at 600 metres from the cottages. Each cottage has its own private garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Gas and electricity charges are in addition to the rental. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros (about 20/30 pence) per adult per day.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
