Comfortable and spacious stone built detached character farm cottage located 2km outside Poullan Sur Mer and just one kilometre from the Bay of Douarnenez, 4km from a beautiful sandy beach, 8km from Douarnenez itself, 15km from Audiern and 32km from Quimper. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small Tourist Tax of 0.30 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen, heating and baby sitting are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
