The manor house is surrounded by lawned gardens and wooded parkland. The gîtes are south facing and command beautiful views over the park and Hautot woods beyond. Dieppe is only a few kilometres away.

CENTRAL HEATING & END OF STAY CLEANING

Central heating is available for 10 Euros per day
End of stay cleaning can be arranged for 25 Euros

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests will need to bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
