Comfortable and spacious traditional detached half timbered 18th century character cottage located in a former presbytery in the attractive village of Poses on the banks of the River Seine and just 1km from Léry-Poses riverside beach and activity centre, 27km from the historic city of Rouen, 80km from Dieppe and the coast and 120km from Paris. The cottage is surrounded by its own enclosed garden with garden furniture, BBQ and swings.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
