Two very comfortable holiday cottages located on a working farm 3km from the village of Ste Radegonde des Noyers in the heart of the beautiful Marais Poitevin just 25km from the coast. The owner lives on site and is available to make guests welcome. There is a swiming pool on site and grounds containing a lake for fishing. There is also a games room with table football and table tennis and a children's play area with swings.

The cottages are in the heart of the Marais Poitevin Nature Reserve which is intertwined with waterways and is a haven for wildlife
Guests may hire sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels or bring their own with them. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. All charges except for heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 230 Euros for each cottage is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.15-1.07 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
N.B. RENTAL CHARGES ARE FOR THE PROPERTY PER WEEK NOT PER PERSON PER WEEK. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS SHOWN IN THE DESCRIPTION AND MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED.
