Outstanding and superbly situated detached character cottage located in the rural village of Vilde Guingalan just outside St Maudez. The cottage is surrounded by peaceful countryside and has its own enclosed lawned garden and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The cottage us just 2km from two fishing lakes and woods to which guests have free access. The cottage is very tastefully restored with stone walling and beamed ceilings. The mediaeval city of Dinan is only 9km from the cottage and St Malo is 40km away.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
