Superb character property located in the grounds of the 18th century Château de Remilly-Aillicourt on the banks of the River Meuse. The château was built in 1774 and was the home of Collin de Curmont, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Bouillon, and of General Baron Béchet de Léocourt, the Aide de Camp of Maréchal Ney. The property is very tastefully decorated with a wealth of oak beams and wood panelling and is furnished with antiques and has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Guests are free to enjoy the beautiful gardens and wooded parkland of the château. Remilly lies 7km south-east of Sedan, 28km south-east of Charleville-Mézières and 90km north-west of Reims.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
