The property is located in grounds of approximately 8000 square metres and the large 12x6 metre partially covered pool is shared by one other gîte. The cottage has its own private garden of 300 sq metres with garden furniture and BBQ. This gîte is on the ground floor of a property divided into two completely independent cottages - the owner lives in the other cottage. Canoe hire can be arranged with the owner. There is a children's play area on site with swings. The sandy beaches of the Vendée coast are only 55km (35 miles) away.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
