DETACHED WATER MILL IN THE GROUNDS OF A CHATEAU

Historic 18th century watermill divided into two completely independant gîtes located in the grounds of Royon Château. The property is surrounded by extensive grounds and is situated on the banks of the River Créquoise beside a small waterfall. Each gîte has its own private garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Well Behaved Pets Welcome - Dogs Must Be Kept On A Leash

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per gîte on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.70 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
