Warm and welcoming semi-detached 18th century character farm cottage located only 800 metres from the beach on the outskirts of the small village of Le Tour du Parc near the Gulf of Morbihan. The villa has its own private garden and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and there are addtional grounds with table tennis, a boules court and table football shared with the adjoining gîte. Sarzeau is only 6km from the property.

N B Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
