Attractive and historic detached former chapel located on the edge of a wood in the grounds of Sauchay Manor House just 6km from Belleville Sur Mer and the seaside, 13km from Dieppe and 85km from the historic city of Rouen. The cottage is surrounded by extensive parkland and has its own sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, bicycles and table tennis.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
