Very comfortable detached rural character cottage located in the rural village of Saudoy just 5km from Sézanne, 50km from Epernay, 60km from Troyes, 70km from Reims, 80km from Eurodisney and 115km from Paris. The cottage has its own enclosed garden of 1500 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Bed linen, towels and firewood are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Cental heating when required is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 230 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
