Attractive detached cottage located on the banks of a small lake in 140 hectares of beautiful wooded grounds surrounding the Château of Chambly. The cottage has its own garden furniture and BBQ. The River Oise is 4km, Beauvais 43km, Paris 44km and Compiègne 65km from the property. There is one other gîte and an equestrian centre in the grounds.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
