Comfortable detached cottage located on a small complex of five gîtes surrounded by countryside and trees. The cottage has its own private partially enclosed grounds of 2000 square metres and shares a swimming pool with two other cottages. The other two gîtes on site share a separate pool. There are also tennis facilites just 100 metres away. The properties are located in one hectare of private grounds in the small village of St Aubin La Plaine. The seaside is only 21 miles away.

Utility charges except for heating are included in the rental. Guests will may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 80 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
