Two very attractive semi-detached single storey seaside cottages located in St Brevin Les Pins just 2.5km from the sea and only 12km from the popular seaside resort of Pornic. Each cottage has its own private enclosed wooded garden and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. There is also a children's play area on site shared between the two gîtes.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating is charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros per gîte is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
