Cosy semi-detached country cottage located on the banks on the River Loire in the rural village of Saint Denis sur Loire. The cottage has its own private enclosed veranda and a courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ which is shared with the owners who live next door. Blois is only 7km from the village and Orléans is 43km away.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING COTTAGE

The rental includes the first 56kw of electricity per week, any consumption above this amount will be charged at cost. Heating is 4 Euros per day. Guests may hire bed linen for 6 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
