Comfortable semi-detached country cottage located next to the owner's home in the village of St Etienne au Mont with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside just 5km from Equihen Plage and the seaside, 3km from Boulogne Sur Mer and 35km from Le Touquet. The cottage has its own sun terrace and shares enclosed grounds with garden furniture, BBQ and play centre with swings with the owner.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
