VERY COMFORTABLE 4 BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE WITH POOL

Spacious and very well cared for farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside near the small hamlet of St Juire Champgillon. The owners live nearby and are on hand to make guests welcome. The cottage has its own 1500 sq metres of grounds with garden furniture, BBQ and table tennis and the cottage has a sauna for 2 people. The private pool is 10x5m. The rental includes bed linen and towels and the beds will be made up for you prior to your arrival. The cottage is just 40km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Vendée coast.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity charges except for heating are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
