Comfortable detached cottage located at the entrance to a small country estate in the Authie Valley in the rural village of St Léger Lès Authie just 14km from Doullens, 37km from Amiens, 59km from Abbéville and 80km from Le Crotoy and the coast. The cottage is surrounded by extensive shared grounds with a small fishing lake on site and swings and has its own enclosed garden and courtyard with garden furniture and stone built barbeque. There is one other cottage on site.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week are included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 60 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
