Attractive semi-detached character cottage located next to the owner's home in the small village of Thury in the Vignoble region 18km west of Nolay and 39km west of Beaune. The woods are only 2km from the cottage and there is a riverside beach only 6km away. The village lies 18km west of Nolay and 38km west of Beaune.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring sheets and pillow cases with them. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
