Completely independent gîte located in the Château de la Tochnaye in the peaceful historic character hamlet of Tochnaye in Sainte Marie Sur Mer just 2km from Pornic and 4km from the beach. The gîte retains the original 18th century fireplace in the living room. The château is surrounded by two hectares of wooded parkland.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small Tourist Tax of 0.30 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
