Spacious and comfortable traditional Normandy detached character cottage dating from 1800 surrounded by lush countryside in the Durdent Valley, located on the outskirts of the small village of Oherville (160 inhabitants) and just 15km from the coast, 26km from Fécamp, 50km from Rouen and 52km from Dieppe. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and decorated with a wealth of beams and original features and has its own extensive enclosed wooded garden with garden furniture, slide and a swing. Oherville is noted for its Gothic church.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests may hire or bring their own towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
