Comfortable and tastefully restored timbered character cottage dating from 1800 located in a peaceful, rural hamlet just outside the small village of St Denis de Mailloc (351 inhabitants) 10km from Lisieux, 32km from Trouville and the seaside, 75km from Caen and 100km from Rouen. The cottage has its own extensive enclosed grounds with south facing sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swings and games room with table tennis.

Utility charges are included in the rental during July and August. During the rest of the year the first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating, including water heating, is in addition to the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
