FOUR BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Beautifully restored character cottage located in a 17th century water mill on the banks of the River Changeon in the central Loire Valley just 5km from Bourgeuil and 10km from the River Loire itself. The original mill gears are a feature in the cottage which has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and shares a fenced 6x12 swimming pool with the Chambres d'Hôtes offered by the owners on site. Chinon is 18km, Tours 48km and Amboise 70km from the property.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
