Comfortable detached riverside cottage surrounded by peaceful countryside and woods and located in the rural hamlet of Vanlay in southern Champagne near the border with Burgundy. The cottage has its own extensive fenced grounds with garden furniture and BBQ and a footpath leads directly from the grounds to the river. Bar Sur Seine is 25km, Troyes 30km and the Great Lakes 45km from the property.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity charges, heating and firewood are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for electricity, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
