Comfortable semi-detached character farm cottage located on a teaching farm outside the village of Belle Et Houllefort and just 10km from Boulogne Sur Mer and the coast and 34km from Calais. The cottage has its own enclosed lawned garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and there are farm animals - goats, donkeys, ducks, rabbits and chickens - on site for the children. Bicycles can be hired from the owners on request.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week are included in the rental, and additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
