Comfortable vineyard character gîte located in Meusault the capital of the Burgundy white wine producing vineyards in outstanding surroundings in the vineyard of the 13th century Château de la Velle - a listed historical building. The château is surrounded by extensive shared gardens with a 10x4 swimming pool, garden furniture and BBQ. Guests may visit the vineyard and wine cellars on site and take part in wine tasting tours. There is one other larger gîte on site.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental and is charged at between 5 and 8 Euros per day according to season. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 80 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 1 Euro per day for everyone aged 13 and over.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
