Detached single storey country cottage located in the small village of Saint Pierre En Vaux in the Auxois region of Burgundy just 20km from Beaune. The cottage has its own enclosed courtyard and terrace with garden furniture.

Electricity and heating are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.46 Euros per day for everyone aged 17 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
