Comfortable detached character farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside in a rural hamlet 3km from the small village of Vertus. The cottage has its own private courtyard and sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis and swings. Epernay is 18km, Châlons 20km and Reims 48km from the cottage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption, heating and firewood will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
