ONE BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE WITH POOL AND LAKE

Beautifully restored farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside 1km from small village of Villiers-Au-Bouin north-west of Tours in the Pays de Langeais region of the Central Loire Valley. There is a spacious shady courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ, a 11x5 swimming pool with covered patio area with garden furniture, a shared 3 hectare fishing lake and a games room with table tennis. The owners live on site and are on hand to make guests welcome. There is one other two bedroomed gîte on site.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
